Charlie Sheen will be charged with felony menacing in connection with the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, in Aspen … this according to law enforcement sources. The criminal complaint will be filed either late tomorrow or first thing Monday morning, TMZ reported.

A felony is a serious crime in the United States and previously other common law countries. The term originates from English common law where felonies were originally crimes which involved the confiscation of a convicted person’s land and goods; other crimes were called misdemeanors.

Whatever will be the verdict for Sheen, he has to face it.

His words were so sweet and romantic like when you are reading a love story, your heart will be touched and titillated. Of course too, excited. Serendipity? Like a famous fairy tale story! This guy told me that he is a Marine Engineer and a contractor who is working in Agip Oil Company. He has a contract in South sea of Wales (I cannot even see South sea of wales in the Google map) for construction of platform in the middle of the sea for an oil rig.

In his letter dated January 7, 2010, he wrote:

watch out. don't fall a victim of Carlo Agosto. He is a blackmailer, a scammer.

I tried to open the site several times and even searched on yahoo and Google about the authenticity of the courier. No matter how much effort of research I did, it was definitely futile.

Along this line, I already doubted that there is a courier of Afix Cargo. I also doubted about Carlo Agosto but have to ride on the situation. I also doubted that he is in the south sea of Wales. I also doubted that there is no signal much often as he claimed, the reason why he cannot get in touch with me through phone or through email. Thousands of doubts circulating in my mind. It is like psychological warfare for me. I saw his log in in myspace.com on the dates that he claimed there was no signal in “South Sea of Wales”. In those log-ins in myspace, I presumed that he was looking for another victim to fall into his bait. He is spreading his sweet blood all over the internet. If you are like a blood-thirsty vampire, you’ll fall into his trap.

The doubts are getting stronger and there is a solid foundation that these persons (Carlo Agosto and Ala Maamoon) are extortionist. My son at the first place is antagonistic of the email address used for their courier . When opening the website, you can’t even see any tracking numbers or toll free numbers to call their customer service like FedEx or DHL. My son researched on Google about the Afix Courier and it was found out that several people have been a victim of Carlo Agosto. The Afix Courier website is newly made. Before it cannot be opened. The site has an advertisement. The profile, content and terms & condition are copied from a different service provider. A second rate trying hard copy cut. The couriers that they used before to blackmail people were Adax courier, Green, etc. You can check it yourselves.

Carlo Agosto is not located in UK or in London as he opined in his emails. My son checked the IP address of his email and he is in Malaysia, the same with Mr. Ala Maamoon though both are using different IP address. They are syndicates base on Malaysia. This is their racket to earn money. If there is any Malaysian authority who can read this blog, I hope there is a way to trace their location and let them face the consequences. Or persecute them under the laws of the land.

I have reported the blackmail and scam expedition to the President of Myspace which I am hoping for their appropriate action. I dont want to increase their victims and salvage gargantuan amount of money from poor people who are making an honest living.

If you happened to find a friend online and they ask money, it is a scam.

Carlo Agosto whoever you are I know that this is a fictitious name and later on, you’ll use thousands of “aliases” to blackmail people online. You’re of sonofabitch. Why don’t you carry your butts and make honest living. Your grandma will be proud of you.
